Namen Versandfirmen oder auch mal ein Einrichtungshaus wegen angeblicher Mondpreiswerbung
bei der Kriminalpolizei an. Er meint, Mondpreiswerbung erf. den Straftatbestand (§16 UWG).

Alle Staatsanwaltschaften Deutschlands stellen gleichartige Verfahren sofort ein.
Dies beschert den Gewerbetreibenden aber Arbeit und Anwaltskosten. Das weiss auch Gruenbaum.
Betroffene Unternehmen sollten sich direkt beim DIHK (Deutscher Industrie- und Handelskammertag) melden.
Es muss Schluss sein mit dem Alleingang der IHK Frankfurt bei Unternehmen Hausdurchsuchungen
wegen Mondpreiswerbung zu erwirken ohne Straftatbestand. Das grenzt an Verfolgung Unschuldiger.
Pikant: Die Industrie- und Handelskammer verheimlicht diese Vorgehensweise auf ihrer eigenen
Webseite. Dort spricht sie von reinem Wettbewerbsrecht, zeigt aber ihre Mitglieder bei der
Staatsanwaltschaft an.
Leider kann der Amtsrichter oft nicht die Strafbarkeit pruefen weil sicher
die Zeit dazu fehlt. Wie ein Urkundsbeamter stempelt er dann den Beschluss ab da er sich
scheibar auf den guten Namen der IHK Frankfurt verlassen kann.
Wer ist noch betroffen? Wer wurde noch von der IHK Frankfurt wegen durchgesrichener
Vorher-Nachher-Preise angezeigt?
